Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. We do not offer satisfactory returns or exchanges because every ‘body’ is different.
Please note that we are NOT able to cancel an order if the order has already been shipped. We can only cancel orders if requested no more than two (2) hours after order was placed via emailing our customer service team here: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also respond with your request through the order confirmation email that you receive from us.
Shipping and Handling:
Please allow 2-3 Business days for shipping and handling. Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, at our discretion, depending on size and weight of package.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder for your tracking number if you do not see an email within 4 business days of placing order.
We pride ourselves in providing quality products, however, sometimes things can happen.
Like A Kitten branded toys include a 90-Day Manufacturer Warranty against defects. If you purchase a toy that is defective, we will send a replacement of that toy.
Other branded toys that we sell have their own specific manufacturer warranties. This information is provided in the manual provided with the toy. If you purchase another branded toy through us and find it to be defective, please contact us to resolve the matter. We honor manufacturer warranties and will replace toy according to warranty.
If you receive a defective product that is not a sex toy, we will provide a replacement or exchange of equal or similar value within 30 days of order delivery.
Please note: We do not offer warranty coverage on products that were not purchased through our Like A Kitten at www.likeakitten.com.
