If the product was purchased through our website, you must provide your order number for us to locate your purchase. 

If the product was purchased through another retailer, you must provide a receipt for proof of purchase.

*Our warranty covers a replacement of the toy purchased. If the toy is no longer available, you will receive a similar toy of equal or greater value. We do not offer cash refunds.
